DEPOSITS 

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO THEIR TOUR OR TRIP WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND. 

You will receive an email and text message as a reminder 12 week prior your trip and on the final day of payment. If we have not received this 8 week before your booking it will be cancelled with no refund.  

CANCELLATION 

If at any point you wish to cancel a booking, please inform a member of the Duo Travel team to help you cancel your trip and provide you with your refund if eligible.  

FLIGHT DETAIL & TRAVEL INSURANCE  

FLIGHT DETAILS ARE REQUIRED AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR TRIP. 

This so we can inform or drivers of your location and landing time when arriving in Bali. If this is not given to Duo Travel, our driver will not be able to pick and drop you off at our first location, meaning it will be your responsibility to make your way to the first location of your trip. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS MANDATORY (This will be checked and photographed by your driver on arrival.)

Duo Travel is not responsible for any risks and financial losses that could happen whilst travelling and on our trips. This includes personal injury, accidents or damage, loss or damage of personal goods, medical expenses, natural disasters such as global pandemic, earthquake, tsunami etc. 

ITINERARY

You will be sent a full document 1 month before your trip, full of all the information you require from accommodation, transport times, extra activities, local amenities, what you are advised to take and an exact step by step daily itinerary.  

If you would like certain activities booked, please contact us as we are able to book the additional activities for you at an extra cost.
